Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs will not be covered unless the item is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process.

RETURN:
if you are unhappy with your purchased item for any reason, we will be glad to accept the item(s) back in the original condition it was sent. All our jewellery as a no tamper tag on them, as long as the tag is intact

Returns will ONLY be accepted if the order has been shipped back to us within 24hours after the order has been received from us.

Jewellery must be returned unworn and in the original packaging. Earring components that pierce the ear and have been taken out of the original packaging are non-refundable due to health concerns, therefore, a portion of the cost will not be refunded.

The customer incurs all shipping related costs and shipping cost pertaining to the original order is non-refundable.

 Please allow 10 to 15 business days.
Returns are NOT available on custom made pieces or pieces that have been specifically designed to fit. (Please refer to the section ‘How to determine my neck size on this page’ before placing your order. If all conditions are satisfied, full refund is made of item purchased
